On September the 14^th, 2003, All Saints Traditional Episcopal Church, by a majority of the congregation, voted to request membership in the Anglican Diocese of the Good Shepherd, Anglican Church, International Communion

Dear Bishop

The above notice will be mailed to all members of the church and is being forwarded to you. If additional paper work is required please let us know. Two members not in attendance due to vacation, two members not in attendance due to illness. These four members are however, in agreement with this action by verbal commitment.
